Our Core Values
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. While we try to get out orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 1-2 business days to prepare for shipment.
- Tracking information is emailed once your order ships so be sure to provide a valid email that you check regularly. We'll also use that email to contact you in case there are any issues with your order!
- Handmade-to-order items have a production time of 10-15 business days regardless of the shipping method.
- Vibenests is not responsible for lost or stolen packages delayed by the carrier. Please keep an eye on the tracking of your package for delivery status!
- If you're in Southern California and would like to pick up your order at our DTLA location, send an email to i[email protected] with your order number to request a store pick-up. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pick-up and will refund your shipping fee once your order has been picked up!
